Great place to stay with high class furnishings, great location and really helpful hosts. Will definitely book again! Positive: Everything. Great location, and all the facilities you could ask for. Having use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs etc was a big help. Furnishings were first class and finished to a high standard. Negative: Nothing. Having some of some beach cruisers would be the icing on the cake!

Ron's place and our stay were exceptional in every way. Starting with Ron's communication: he is friendly, helpful, incredibly quick to respond, and thorough. Turning to our stay, Ron thoughtfully provides everything a guest might need, and he doesn't skimp. The kitchen was well-appointed, coffee was provided, cellphone chargers were at every bedside, the toilet paper was soft and not limited (so many other AirBnBs don't provide this, I felt like I had to mention--hah!), more than enough towels and linens, all of the beach provisions were awesome, and access to laundry with soap provided. The unit itself was meticulously cleaned and well-maintained. And if that weren't enough, the unit itself is gorgeous and in a prime location. We loved being able to take the short walk to Newport Beach or to the bay beach. The rooftop deck was wonderful for enjoying meals and watching the boats. In sum, Ron's place is akin to staying at the Ritz or Four Seasons, but with the benefit of a full home. We felt so privileged to stay there and hope to come back one day!

Fantastic. Positive: Everything. Was better than described and the photos can’t possibly do it justice. Ron was very helpful. The accommodation is so tasteful and has everything you can thing of and lots you don’t even think of. It truly deserves its 5star status Negative: Absolutely nothing to dislike

I have the pleasure to stay at this wonderful place and let me say that everything is just perfect ..I been in the hotel business for 28 years and This place is immaculate clean and everything is just perfection..great location…very comfortable and the view is just wooow …and the atmosphere around it’s unique …
